PRODUCTS AND SERVICE
Student Care Solution คือ “ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนและบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา” ที่ทำงานบนระบบ Cloud Computing และเป็นรายแรกในประเทศไทยที่ให้บริการในรูปแบบ Software as a Service (SaaS) ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยเริ่มให้บริการตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2557
ระบบนี้มุ่งเน้นการสื่อสารระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครองเป็นหลัก ผ่านทาง Mobile Application, แอปพลิเคชัน LINE และระบบข้อความสั้น (SMS)
ปัจจุบันมีโรงเรียนมากกว่า 200 แห่งทั่วประเทศที่ใช้งานระบบ ครอบคลุมจำนวนนักเรียนกว่า 300,000 คน ได้รับการยอมรับจากทั้งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ปกครองว่าเป็นระบบที่ดีที่สุดและทันสมัยที่สุดในปัจจุบัน
เรามุ่งพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่ไม่เพิ่มภาระให้กับครูและบุคลากรของโรงเรียน อีกทั้งยังช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือที่ดีระหว่างโรงเรียนและผู้ปกครอง เพื่อร่วมกันดูแลนักเรียนผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารแบบเรียลไทม์
ปัจจุบันระบบมีโมดูลการทำงานมากถึง 65 โมดูล ครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนทั้ง 4 ด้านหลัก พร้อมทีมบริการมากกว่า 80 คน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุดและใช้บริการของเราอย่างต่อเนื่องในระยะยาว
